Shipping policy

We deliver to anywhere in New Zealand and Australia.

New Zealand: We have a flat rate delivery fee of $9 for delivery addresses within the Auckland region and $15 for delivery addresses outside of the Auckland region, and an additional shipping fee may be applied for some large items for delivery addresses outside of the Auckland region.

We dispatch on every Thursday and Monday. Delivery may take up to 3 business days for North Island and up to 5 business days for South Island. 

We will send the tracking number to the email address you supplied once the courier ticket is generated.

Australia: Delivery charge is calculated based on the size and weight of the item you purchased and will be calculated during the checkout process. Delivery may take up to 10 business days for smaller items, while larger items might take up to 4-6 weeks.

We dispatch as soon as an order has been received and will send tracking details once it's available.

For both New Zealand and Australia, please note we don’t accept pick-ups at this stage.
